JavaScript Essential Training [2024]
Audience: Individuals seeking fundamental skills and knowledge in JavaScript programming.
Challenge: There was a need for practical, hands-on understanding of core programming languages to build interactive web applications.
What We Did: We designed and delivered a comprehensive four-week training program. The course featured interactive sessions led by experienced instructors, covering essential JavaScript concepts and practical applications.
Outcome: Participants gained the ability to build interactive web applications and acquired a strong foundation in JavaScript programming.

CISCO Digital Skills Training Program [2024]
Audience: Individuals looking to acquire certifications on digital skills and potential instructors.
Challenge: The need for digital skills in a competitive professional landscape and the digital skills gap in the community.
What We Did: Collaborated with the Cisco Networking Academy as an implementing partner to offer certification-aligned courses. The curriculum covered a spectrum of skills including, Cybersecurity, JavaScript, Data Analytics and Python.
Outcome: Empowered individuals to deliver training on the CISCO platform, sell training opportunities, and equipped participants with a well-rounded, industry-relevant skill set.
03.
Coding 4 Employment Africa Connect [2023]
Audience: African youth, specifically those in rural areas with limited internet connectivity.
Challenge: Bridging the digital divide and providing digital skills to youth in areas with infrastructural challenges (limited internet).
What We Did: Trained over 500 digital ambassadors on an intensive three-month program covering web design, digital marketing, and soft skills.
Outcome: Successfully expanded digital skills access to more African youth and equipped participants with in-demand technical and soft skills.
04.
Coding for Employment [2020-2021]
Audience: High Potential but Disadvantaged Youths – Not in Employment, Not in Education.
Challenge: The digital skills gap among African youth and high unemployment rates.
What We Did: Delivered demand-driven Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced digital skills training as part of the African Development Bank’s Jobs for Youths in Africa Strategy.
Outcome: Equipped youths with the necessary ICT skills to secure employment and created job linkages for beneficiaries.
05.
UNESCO YouthMobile [2017-2019]
Audience: Young Nigerians, with a special focus on women in ICT.
Challenge: Unemployment, gender inequality in the tech sector, and the need for inclusive digital societies.
What We Did: Designed the curriculum and executed the project over a 2-year period in Abuja, Nasarawa, and Niger States. The initiative focused on reducing inequalities and unlocking the potential of women in ICT.
Outcome: Trained over 1,000 young Nigerians, linked successful students to job opportunities, and strengthened the capacity of entrepreneurs among the beneficiaries.
06.
Accelerate Lab [2017-2018]
Audience: Businesses and entrepreneurs across Abuja, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Niger, Kwara, and Kogi States.
Challenge: The need to accelerate business growth and provide structured mentorship for emerging enterprises.
What We Did: Managed an ICT Hub in collaboration with the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Secured grants from Microsoft to run a thought-led class where experienced business coaches trained cohorts for 3 months.
Outcome: Accelerated over 400 businesses within the space of one year.
07.
Digital Empowerment of Nigerian Women [2018]
Audience: Girls and women in Bauchi State.
Challenge: The digital gender gap and lack of technical training opportunities for women in the region.
What We Did: The Zariah Elizabeth Foundation (non-profit arm) trained and equipped over 2,000 training volunteers. These volunteers subsequently trained over 50,000 girls and women in both formal and informal technical skills.
Outcome: Massively scaled digital literacy, directly impacting over 50,000 women and fostering digital inclusion in Bauchi State.
